To ease the cooperation and collaboration among project partners have been deployed and provided a set of different tools, including:
- A set of Mailing lists
- A sharepoint workspace for document sharing and collaborative document production
- An instance of OpenProject to keep track of deadlines, meetings, minutes, responsibilities and commitments
- A Slack workspace for instant messaging
- Gitlab
